There are many ways to use the insurance services of CAEQ.com. You can call, email or use one of our quote and/or contact forms when requesting a quotation for California earthquake insurance. When you share information with us, i.e. by filling out one of our quote forms, we can provide you with a personalized quotation from a top-rated admitted insurance carrier doing business in the state of California.  Or, if you have a more specialized insurance need, we can search one of our non-admitted insurance carriers in order to provide proper insurance related coverage.

We collect information in order to provide top-notch insurance related products to all of our customers, whether or not you have existing claims, we will do our best to provide each client with a competitive quote and quality insurance-related coverage’s.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us through quote forms and/or by telephone. For example, many of our services require you to fill out an online insurance quote form. When you do this, we’ll ask for personal information like your name, email address, telephone number and information related to the property or risk you’d like to have insured. Please note that we NEVER collect social security number information on our forms. Furthermore, we do not store such information. Items like social security numbers are NOT required in the state of California except in the case of financial services products like, life insurance and/or annuities.

When you contact CAEQ.com, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our other products or services, such as adding additional insurance coverage’s and/or adding completely new insurance policies.

We do NOT share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of CAEQ.com unless one of the following circumstances apply:

• With your consent, we will share personal information with insurance companies outside of CAEQ.com for the purposes of obtaining insurance related products and quotations.

We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of CAEQ.com if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

• meet any applicable government laws, regulations, legal processes or enforceable governmental requests.
• protect against any potential harm to the rights, property or safety of CAEQ.com or the general public as required or permitted by applicable law.

If, CAEQ.com is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information.

We work hard to protect CAEQ.com and our policyholders from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

• We encrypt all of our insurance quote forms using Secure Sockets Layer or SSL.
• We restrict access to personal information to employees of CAEQ.com who need to know that information in order to process personalized individual insurance quotes.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by the CAEQ.com.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results, sites that may include CAEQ.com, or other sites linked from our services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies.
